Amy is a transformation and change consultant who helps organisations navigate complex business and technology change, improve ways of working and deliver sustainable outcomes. She combines structured problem-solving with a people-centred approach, bringing together strategy, processes, technology and people to translate business priorities into practical change.

Prior to joining Klarus, Amy held consulting and in-house transformation roles at KPMG in the UK and Australia, and QBE Europe. She has worked across financial services, insurance, healthcare, government, education and consumer industries. Her expertise spans business transformation, operating model and process design, technology implementation, organisational change and stakeholder engagement.

At Klarus, Amy works closely with clients to understand their challenges, shape practical solutions and support successful implementation and adoption. She enjoys the collaborative nature of transformation, building trusted relationships, bringing people together around shared goals and partnering with clients to turn ideas into meaningful outcomes. She is motivated by making a tangible impact and helping organisations embed changes that deliver lasting value.
