Technology Transformation Senior Manager

Archie is a senior business and technology transformation consultant, who helps organisations change how they manage their people and operations through changes to processes, systems, and ways of working.

At Klarus, Archie helps clients assess, design and implement their technology strategy, and brings significant experience supporting clients with large frontline workforces.

Before Klarus, Archie spent five years at PwC, most recently as a manager, holding roles in business analysis, solution architecture, and programme delivery for global clients. His experience spans HR, workforce management, payroll, finance, and operations. He has led onshore and offshore teams across financial services, hospitality and leisure, retail, and contract services engagements.

Prior, he was a business analyst at Santander UK, working across banking, payments, digital channels, and financial crime. He also managed leadership development programmes for senior executives at the Institute for Strategic Leadership in New Zealand. He holds a degree in Psychology and the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis.

His commercial awareness and ability to bring structure to complex change enable him to take organisations from defining their requirements through to adopting new ways of working.
