Chetan Shrouti

Chetan is a Chartered Management Consultant (ChMC) and a Director at Klarus, specialising in business transformation and performance improvement across the transport, automotive and mobility sectors.

Chetan's work spans both public and private sector clients. His expertise covers transformation cost-out, value engineering, and sales and operations planning, alongside the wider transformation lifecycle, from operational diagnostics and performance baselining through to target operating model design, business case development, change portfolio and technology roadmap definition, and hands-on delivery of the resulting programmes. His focus is the point at which strategy meets operations: improving how organisations plan, deliver and sustain change.

Prior to Klarus, Chetan was Managing Director for the Transport and IT practice at Managementors. Before that, at Digital Catapult, he led digital supply chain transformation programmes for UK organisations, improving efficiency, resilience and sustainability. Chetan began his consultancy career at KPMG, delivering business performance services within the firm's wider strategy and operations consulting practice, working with leadership teams to improve profitability and achieve operational excellence.

Chetan is a HM Queen's Diamond Jubilee Scholar and studied business and operations management at the University of Warwick.
