Grace is a lead consultant at Klarus who helps organisations turn complex needs into solutions that can actually be delivered. She is known for bringing structure to large, multi-stakeholder programmes, aligning business, technical and people teams around shared strategic objectives, and keeping delivery focused on quantifiable outcomes.

She has extensive senior consultant experience at Accenture, delivering strategy and technology transformation across consumer, retail and automotive clients. Her work spanned business analysis, operating model design and cross-functional delivery on global programmes, including digital commerce, CRM and customer experience. She recently facilitated the design of capability frameworks and transformation roadmaps to embed new technology and ways of working.

At Klarus, Grace works alongside client leadership teams on enterprise technology and transformation programmes, supporting them on the end-to-end journey from concept to adoption.
