Strategy and Transformation Manager

Iman is a Strategy and Transformation Manager at Klarus who helps organisations define what they need from technology and translate this into practical decisions about investment and delivery. She began her career at Accenture, delivering business and technology transformation across utilities, energy, and government. Her work there spanned programme coordination, business analysis and strategic client advisory, including agile governance design, migration planning for large-scale system replacements, and end-to-end process and risk assessment.

At Klarus, Iman works with leadership teams to define the case for change and choose the right route to deliver it. This includes leading discovery and requirements definition, testing where current processes are creating cost or risk, designing procurement and supplier evaluation approaches, and setting out the business case, roadmap and change activity needed to move from decision to adoption.
