Myriam Bakhashween, Digital Transformation Senior Consultant

Myriam Bakhashween

Digital Transformation Senior Consultant

Myriam is a Senior Consultant at Klarus who helps organisations harness technology, and AI to improve efficiency and deliver better services. She combines analytical rigour with a creative, people-centred approach, translating complex, ambiguous challenges into clear, scalable digital solutions grounded in user and business needs.

Prior to joining Klarus, Myriam was a member of KPMG’s Digital Transformation practice in Saudi Arabia, where she specialised in low-code and process automation. She worked mainly with government-sector clients, leading requirements and delivery across national-scale programmes serving more than two million beneficiaries. Her work there included designing reusable low-code capabilities to accelerate delivery, guiding multiple Agile workstreams, and helping define a vision for how generative AI could transform the software delivery lifecycle.

At Klarus, Myriam works closely with clients to assess current processes, identify where automation and AI can create the greatest value, and shape practical solutions that support successful implementation and adoption. She is particularly interested in embedding AI into everyday ways of working rather than treating it as a standalone initiative.
