Olivia is a senior technology transformation consultant with strong experience delivering complex technology programmes, enterprise change and large-scale mobilisation across regulated environments. She combines strategic thinking with practical delivery experience, bringing together business, technology, data and people considerations to turn strategic priorities into tangible outcomes.

Olivia has previously held senior consulting and lead roles at Valcon, Cognizant and Capgemini, working closely with executive stakeholders across public and private sector organisations. Her areas of expertise include technology and digital transformation, roadmap development, operating model design and implementation, programme management, and organisational change.

Recent experience includes leading the commercial portfolio and cutover communications for a £350m+ technology transformation and the design and implementation of a Data & AI operating model.
