Rosie brings deep public sector expertise across Central and Local Government, Defence, Policing, Digital and Transport, operating at executive and board level in environments where political scrutiny, public accountability and delivery pressure are constants. She has led national and enterprise-scale programmes, business-critical portfolios and large delivery organisations. She knows the role of leadership in creating the environment change needs to be successful and brings the same rigour to financial services and large-scale outsourcing.
